STEP 1 - BUSINESS PROFILE SETTINGS

NAVIGATE TO BUSINESS PROFILE

On your left hand menu, scroll to the bottom and click on settings. On the next screen make sure you are on the Business Profile tab.

UPDATE & ADJUST SETTINGS

Look over your company information and make sure it is all correct, especially your timezone. Adjust any of the General settings as you see fit. You can also upload a voicemail recording here for your call tracking number.
